When the concentration of Poly retinol is 0.0005%, the inhibition rate of melanin synthesis is about 52.20±2.39% (P < 0.05).

The results show that retinol has excellent inhibition of melanin synthesis in B16 cells at low concentration.

When the concentration is 0.00625%, the inhibition rate of tyrosinase monophenolase activity is 43.34±0.34%.

It is demonstrated that retinol has good inhibition ability on tyrosinase activity, and certain whitening effect.

The anti-wrinkle effect experiment of retinol: When the concentration of retinol is 0.001%, the corresponding up-regulation rate of type I collagen is about 14.59±1.38% (p < 0.05).

When the concentration of Poly retinol is 0.001%, the inhibition rate of NO is 33.50±1.30% (P < 0.001).
